Each pincer is controlled by an independent hydraulic cylinder, allowing for individual adjustment of pulling force, pulling distance, and angle. This enables the machine to adapt to various irregular toe shapes (such as pointed, square, or asymmetrical toes).

Quick Changeover: The pincer arrangement profile can be memorized or quickly mechanically adjusted to accommodate size changes ranging from children’s shoes to large-size men’s footwear.

Precision Cementing Technology

Trajectory Tracking: Utilizing a PLC control system and servo drive technology, the machine can precisely trace the edge of the insole based on shoe size and type, automatically planning the cementing path.

Dosage Control: It allows for precise control over glue volume and temperature, avoiding glue overflow (which stains the upper) or glue shortage (which leads to delamination).

Control & Operating System
