PHASE 01:

Upper Processing & Moulding

Core Process: Shaping the leather for a perfect, wrinkle-free fit.

Computer Controlled Roller Sewing Machine

Detailed Function: Features a synchronized top and bottom roller feed system to ensure zero-slip stitching on delicate or oily leathers. The high-torque needle penetration is designed for multi-layer leather assembly, ensuring consistent stitch length even on steep curves of the brogue patterns.

Double Cold & Hot Counter Moulding Machine

Detailed Function: Utilizes a rapid-heating aluminum mould to soften the leather/counter, followed by an immediate -15°C cryogenic flash-freezing stage. This "thermal shock" creates a permanent shape memory, ensuring the heel perfectly grips the last's geometry without spring-back.

PHASE 02:

Lasting & Shaping

Core Process: Stretching the leather over the last with mechanical precision.

9-Pincer Computer Memory Toe Lasting Machine

Detailed Function: Each of the 9 pincers features independent tension adjustment controlled by a PLC memory system. It executes a high-tension "pull and wipe" action that stretches the upper tightly over the insole rib. The automatic CNC cementing system applies a uniform hot-melt bead precisely where the upper meets the rib.

Automatic Heel Lasting Machine

Detailed Function: Designed to handle the rigid structure of Goodyear shoes, this machine uses heavy-duty wipers to wrap the heel seat with high pressure.

PHASE 03:

The Core — Welt Sewing

Core Process: The defining horizontal stitch that allows for easy resoling.

Goodyear Welt Sewing Machine (Ref: Cupid Sole Stitching)

Detailed Function: The most critical unit in the line. It uses a curved needle and awl system to perform a horizontal lockstitch, binding the welt, the leather upper, and the insole rib simultaneously. The integrated wax-pot lubricates the heavy thread to prevent friction heat, ensuring a waterproof and indestructible structural bond.。

PHASE 04:

Sole Attaching

Computer Control Hydraulic Sole Attaching Machine

Detailed Function: Employs a multi-zone hydraulic “wall” pressing system that applies balanced force (up to 30kg/cm²) across the entire sole surface. It features automatic incline tracking to adapt to different heel heights, ensuring zero air bubbles between the cork-filled cavity and the outsole.

PHASE 05:

Edge Trimming & Luxury Finishing

Core Process: Sculpting the aesthetic profile and mirror-like luster.

Edge Trimming Machine

Detailed Function: Equipped with high-speed carbide cutters (up to 12,000 RPM) to trim the excess welt and outsole edge into a precise, classic profile. The dual-axis guide ensures symmetry between the left and right shoe, creating the sharp, professional edge required for premium footwear.

Belt Polishing Machine

Detailed Function: A multi-stage finishing system using varying grits of abrasive belts and Carnauba wax brushes. It grinds away micro-imperfections on the leather edge before applying high-speed friction to melt wax into the pores, creating a deep, mirror-like "burnished" luster that is the hallmark of luxury.
