Hydraulic Cutting Machines: Precision & Versatility

Streamline your material preparation with our range of high-performance hydraulic cutting machines. Designed for maximum safety and efficiency, these units provide clean, accurate cuts across a vast array of materials, from soft foams and leathers to rigid composites.

Core Functions & Technical Advantages

Hydraulic Swing Arm Cutting Machine (TH-228)

Advanced Hydraulic System

Features a high-speed, imported hydraulic system that delivers rapid cutting strokes with exceptionally low noise and minimal oil temperature buildup.

Energy Efficient

Powered by a high-efficiency 0.75KW motor equipped with electrical protection, significantly reducing power consumption compared to traditional models.

User-Centric Design

The swing arm is lightweight and easy to maneuver, reducing operator fatigue. Dual cutting modes allow for flexible stroke control, ensuring high accuracy and low failure rates.

Traveling Head Hydraulic Cutting Machine (TH-103)

Automatic Recoil Technology

The cutting head automatically moves away after every stroke, providing the operator with an unobstructed view and clear access to place dies.

Boosted Productivity

This "traveling head" design minimizes manual handling of the machine head, significantly increasing production volume and cutting placement accuracy.

Hydraulic Plane Cutting Machine (TH-526BT)

Universal Application

A versatile heavy-duty solution ideal for single or multi-layer cutting of leather, plastics, canvas, nylon, cardboard, foam, and synthetic composites.

Double-Hand Safety Control

Engineered with a synchronized two-button operation system to prevent accidental cycles, ensuring the highest level of operator safety.

Precision Micro-Adjustment

Features a simplified stroke setting mechanism with built-in micro-adjustment devices, making it easy to maintain and calibrate for different material thicknesses.

Cutting Machine Maintenance

To ensure peak performance and extend the lifespan of your Cutting Machine, consistent maintenance is essential

Hydraulic Oil Management

Regular Oil Changes: It is recommended to change the hydraulic oil within the first 3 months of operating a brand-new machine. After that, depending on production intensity, a complete oil change must be performed every year to a year and a half. Generally, #46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used (if the workshop is consistently hot, #68 can be used instead).
Cleaning the Oil Filter Mesh and Magnet: During oil changes or routine maintenance, the suction filter mesh at the bottom of the oil tank must be removed and cleaned. At the same time, clean the magnet at the bottom of the tank, which captures and accumulates iron filings.
Oil Temperature Control: The normal operating temperature for hydraulic oil is 30°C to 50°C. If the oil temperature exceeds 60°C, the oil will rapidly oxidize and deteriorate, and the seals will easily age and cause leaks. If overheating is detected, check whether the cooling system is functioning properly, or reduce the duration of continuous, overloaded operation.

Electrical and Control System Maintenance

Power Distribution Box Dusting: After powering off the machine, use a dry cloth or low-pressure dry compressed air to clear dust from the surfaces of contactors, PLCs, and relays. Excessive dust accumulation can easily trigger short circuits in humid weather.
Inspecting Wire Connections: Check whether wire terminals are loose or overheating. Look for signs of discoloration or blackening at connection points, paying extra attention to the wiring for the main motor and solenoid valves.

Hydraulic Cylinder and Seal Inspection

Closely monitor the main oil cylinder and valve block connections for any signs of oil seepage or leakage.
If you notice that the punching pressure is gradually decreasing, or if the upper platen automatically drifts downward when paused mid-air, it usually indicates that the internal seals of the cylinder are worn out and leaking internally. The seals must be replaced immediately.
